Weather Update - Come Escape the Smoke!

Much of the Pacific Northwest has had unhealthy the air quality due do to wildfires. However, in our area, we have seen very minimal to no smoke throughout the last few weeks. The air quality index in Quilcene is listed as good, posing essentially no health risk. Come breathe in the fresh air coming across Lake Leland and relax with us!

Below are a few suggestions to make your MoonFest stay the best possible experience!

1. Bring Drinking Water

Although water stations will be provided, everyone's body reacts differently. Bringing your own drinking water ensures hydration without any surprises. Plan for at least 3 liters per day to keep you refreshed while soaking up the sun and enjoying the live music.

2. Dress in Layers

The weather can change quickly in our area. Wearing layers will keep you comfortable, whether you start your day basking in the sun or end it needing a warm sweater. Be sure to check your weather app!

3. Keep Mosquitoes at Bay

Outdoor events often attract buzzing friends. Pack mosquito repellent, whether it’s a spray or natural oil, to keep these bugs at bay. A good repellent can reduce bites by up to 80%, allowing you to focus on enjoying the music rather than swatting at pests!

4. Pack in, Pack out

The Earth appreciates a tidy home. Please be sure to take all items, trash, etc. with you when you leave.

5. Apparel Pre-orders

All pre-paid apparel items will be available for pick-up at the Over The Moon Imports vendor booth. We will have extra items for sale here as well!

Available while supplies last.

Designated Dog Camping Areas

New to Moon-Fest 2026 is the introduction of designated dog camping areas. While we encourage festival goers to find other accommodations for pets, we also understand that life sometimes leaves no other choice but to bring your furry friend along. These camping spots are designed to be safe and comfortable for dogs, giving you peace of mind while you soak in the event’s atmosphere. When you arrive, please let the parking attendant know that you have your dog with you.

Make sure to bring essentials like water bowls, leashes, and waste bags to keep the area clean and enjoyable for all attendees. As a reminder, if your dog misbehaves, excessively barks, or it's human does not clean up after them, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the event.
