    Vendors must be registered and paid in full by 

    August 1st, 2023

    Limited to 25 vendor spaces.

    “Leave Your Kids at Home” 21+event.

​

    Set Up: Vendors must arrive by Friday Sept 8th.

    Vendors must be set up no later than 3:00pm.

    Music begins at 6pm. 

​

     All Vendor tent/booths music be secured and

     weighted to the ground.

​

    *The cost for a vendor space is $175.00 (non-refundable),             

          which includes 2 people (total) per booth 

    *Vendors will be arranged in a “horseshoe” shape around the  audience and stage

    *Vendor fee includes 12’ x 30’ space with electricity.

    *Vendors may camp next to their booth. 

    *We want you to “light-up” your booth, so bring an extension  cord and lights

    *Please do not leave the event before Sunday 8:00 am.

     *classic Moonfest is an outdoor rain of shine
